The Personal Retriever program is designed to help home buyers have better tools to search for property.  It offers the following benefits:

• The ability to save searches, so that you can view search results without having to reenter data each time.  You can save as many searches as you would like.
• Automatic emails when property that meets your search criteria is listed or changed.  Receive emails on a daily or weekly basis, and each saved search can have its own email frequency.
• The ability to save properties that you like to review later, take notes on the properties, rank them, and sort them, making the task of identifying your new home that much easier.

Save Searches

Whenever a search is conducted on www.cbkc.com, you will see a Save This Search Icon right above the map on which your search results are displayed.  Click on this button to save this search for use later.  You may have as many saved searches as you would like.

	To save a property that you like, simply click on the Save icon, displayed at left.  After you click on the icon, it will fade out, to let you know that it was successfully saved.  To review your saved properties, click on the My Personal Retriever link, described above.  To take advantage of even more features, click on the picture of the property to see all the property details.
	Once you're on the property detail page, you will see a star above the property photos.  Next to that star is a drop-down menu with a rating that you can assign to the property.  You can also click on the star to change it from clear to blue, to mark the property yet another way.
	Beneath the property photos you will see the Notes icon.  Clicking on that icon opens up a small box into which you can type notes on the property that you're currently viewing.  Type yourself a note in the box, and then click on the Save Note link below the box.  Now, whenever you view this property, you'll see that note displayed prominently.
